Description
- documentation.html: This file serves as a link to the SDK documentation, providing detailed information on the SDK's features, usage, and best practices.
- vsdk-version.txt: This file contains the SDK version.
- examples: The examples directory contains a variety of sample applications demonstrating the capabilities of the D7 SDK Platform Libraries and APIs. These examples are invaluable for understanding how to implement different features and functionalities. For more information, refer to the examples section.
- tools: This directory includes tools and utilities required for flashing software onto a device (see flashing), creating a recovery USB stick (see recovery), swugen log manager (see log manager), Qt Creator Kit setup (see Qt kit setup to add and remove the D7 SDK Kit).
- toolchain: This directory encompasses all the tools, scripts, and libraries required for building applications for a device. It includes compilers, debuggers, and other essential development utilities. For more information, see the Toolchain section.
- host-sysroot and target-sysroot: These folders are shortcuts to the sysroot folders contained in toolchain.
- os-components: This folder holds various operating system components necessary for producing a software update. These components are not intended for direct use by end users but are essential for the update process.
- keys: The keys directory contains a default private key used for signing software updates. Its public counterpart is installed in the device boot container, which happens during the flashing process. It is crucial that this key is not modified.
