Known Issues
For a detailed description, see the Known Issues page.
Currently we have known issues regarding:
- Filesystem overlays — certain overlay configurations may not behave as expected.
- Windows antivirus interference — antivirus software may block or quarantine SDK tools on Windows.
- Bluetooth startup delay — the Bluetooth module present on the D7 takes 60 seconds to initialise.
- Software update and recovery incompatibility — software updates and recovery between SDK 2.1.0 and 3.0.0 are not compatible with 3.1.0.
- Pre-production hardware — pre-production hardware may require manual configuration for the following components:
- Tianma Panel
- Rotary Encoder
- Qt Creator (Windows) — binaries produced for the target on Windows do not have execute permission (this is a filesystem compatibility issue). Once a binary is deployed to the target via Qt Creator, it is unable to launch it. To mitigate this problem, in the project "run settings", add a custom deploy step "Run custom remote command" and enter chmod +x /deploy/dir/%{ActiveProject:RunConfig:Executable:FileName}.
